We’re a young, friendly and dynamic company. While we have been around for ten years, in less than two years we have gone from just 20 employees making 540 claims a month to 50 staff handling over 5,000 PPI claims a month, reclaiming £25 million for 26,000 clients in 2016.
Governed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we’re not a call centre, we do not cold call nor do we aggressively chase clients. It is this professional, considerate approach that has been a major factor in our success.
As we grow we are constantly looking for staff at our modern offices in Stevenage – particularly for Claims Handlers who handle our client relationships from first call to final settlement. This position calls for a professional manner, a degree or equivalent, and experience in office based customer service (ideally in a legal or financial environment).
